The hotel offered clean and cozy rooms, perfect after a tiring boat ride. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of all the bars and restaurants. Plus, the hotel restaurant had a great view of the beach.

The air conditioning unit was blowing warm air during the day, which made it uncomfortable.

Although the street was usually very noisy, it was easy to get to, great location. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We went to Italian Job, located minute walk from the hotel, to have some dinner. Besides, parking was available nearby...

During our stay at Natya Hotel, we were impressed by the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the harbor and within walking distance of various bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the presence of a 24/7 minimarket in the same building. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a warm dish and a buffet with cereal, juice, coffee, toast, and fruits, which left us totally satisfied. our stay at Natya Hotel was safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. We are grateful to the entire staff for making our time there so memorable. We will definitely consider returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

For a nature lover like myself, the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is surrounded by bike rentals, restaurants, and even a mini mart for convenience. The pool next to the reception desk is a refreshing touch, and the friendly staff recommended a reliable travel agent for our boat transfer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and homey atmosphere.

The rooms smelled musty and the shower temperatures were unpredictable. There was no bar at the pool, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

Although the check-in process was delayed due to other guests checking out late, it wasn't a major inconvenience. Additionally, there were some development works next door with excessive noise, but it's important to note that this was beyond the hotel's control and not a permanent issue.

Great value hotel in a convenient location. The room was comfortable with nice amenities, including a clean pool. The breakfast was delicious. There were some minor issues, such as a lack of a fridge in the rooms and a less than desirable view from the terrace. However, these issues were very minor and did not detract from the overall experience.
